Delivery times
Estimated from when your order is handed to the courier:
- Germany: 3–4 working days (DHL Standard); 1–2 working days (DHL Express)
- EU: 1–3 working days (DHL Express)
- Rest of the world: 2–4 working days (DHL Express)
Delays may occur if shipments are held in customs or during peak seasons and sales.
International Shipping & Returns
Are my original shipping costs refundable?
No. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, including when an order is returned.
Is there a return shipping fee?
Yes. Return shipping costs apply to all returns, including orders that originally qualified for free shipping. The fee is based on the standard shipping rate for your destination country.
How is my refund calculated?
The applicable return shipping cost is deducted from the value of the returned item(s).
Example: USD 150.00 returned item value − USD 25.00 return shipping = USD 125.00 refund.
What about customs duties, import taxes, and VAT?
Any landed costs - customs duties, import taxes, VAT - and other import charges are non-refundable.
The relevant customs or import authorities collect these fees and are not received or retained by Merz b. Schwanen.
