Return window
Items bought online can be returned within 30 days of delivery; items bought in-store can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original, resalable condition with tags attached. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
How to return
Register your return through our Returns Portal using your order number (including the #). Return shipping depends on your region:

Refund timing
We process returns within 14 days of receipt. Your refund is issued to your original payment method and may take up to 7–10 business days to appear on your statement. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and returns that are not registered in advance may take longer to process.
In-store exclusions
Items bought with a discount of more than 25% are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges
To change a size or style, return your item and place a new order.
Faulty or quality issues
If an item has a quality issue, please contact our customer service team or visit the store where you bought it, and we will put it right.
