You can use store credit on your account toward any purchase in our online store. Follow the steps below to log in and apply your credit at checkout.

Step 1: Log in to your account

1. Visit our website and click the account icon to sign in, using the email address your store credit is linked to. If you don’t have an account yet, simply enter your email address to create one.
2. We’ll send a one-time verification code to your email inbox.
3. Enter the code in the field provided, and you’re logged in.

There’s no password to remember. Each login is verified with a unique code sent to your email, which keeps your account secure.

Step 2: Add items to your cart
Browse our store and add the items you’d like to purchase to your cart.

Step 3: Apply your store credit at checkout
Go to checkout while you’re logged in. Your available store credit will appear automatically as an additional payment option. Select it to apply your credit to your order.
If your store credit doesn’t cover the full order total, you can pay the remaining amount with any other payment method.

Troubleshooting
I don’t see my store credit at checkout. Make sure you’re logged in with the same email address your store credit was issued to.

I didn’t receive my login code. Check your spam or junk folder, and confirm you entered your email address correctly. You can request a new code if needed.
