Using Your Store Credit

If you have a credit balance with us — for example, from a refund or goodwill gesture — it will be automatically stored in your customer account.

Since the migration of our online shop to Shopify, login works via two-factor authentication:

  1. Visit our website and enter your email address.

  2. You’ll receive a one-time login code via email.

  3. Enter the code to log in securely — no password needed.

Once logged in, your available credit will be:

  • Shown in your account under your profile details.

  • Automatically offered as a payment option during checkout — no separate code required.

  • If you choose to combine payment methods, your credit will be applied proportionally.
