To help ensure your gifts arrive in time for the holidays, we kindly recommend placing your order by the following deadlines:

Shipping deadlines

• DHL (within Germany): Order by December 18

• DHL Express (within Germany): Order by December 21

• DHL Express (International): Order by December 18

Order value over EUR 1,000

• Customs clearance only until 12 noon on December 22 (DHL Express Domestic only)

During this period, immediate processing and shipping of orders with a goods value exceeding EUR 1,000 will not be possible and will therefore be delayed until January 7, 26. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Orders placed after these dates are still very welcome, but we can’t guarantee holiday delivery, as international shipping times may vary by country and region.
