To exchange an item for a different size or style, please return your original order and place a new order for the piece you would like.

Ordering separately means your new piece is on its way to you right away, rather than waiting for your return to arrive and be processed first.

Within Germany

Returns are free, so there is no extra cost to change a size or style.

EU and the rest of the world

Return shipping is at your own cost. Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund your original item to your original payment method.
